Coaching is based in the belief that there is nothing wrong with people. That people are not broken and don’t need fixing. That each individual is really perfect just the way they are. The only reason people don’t have more of what they want and need is they are underdeveloped in the area’s of awareness, consciousness, and life skills. Coaching therefore focuses on increasing an individual’s awareness and developing them in the area of life skills.

- We set up 3 phone appointments each month (length depends on the program you choose).
- You call me at a specified time each week.
- I ask thought-provoking, insightful and sometimes penetrating questions.
- As you answer, a deep and meaningful dialogue (between us) will occur. You’ll see things about your self, your relationships and your projects that you never saw before. Things that were confusing will become clear. It’s magic. New ideas, strategies and specific action plans will become obvious.
- I will listen very carefully to what you say AND to what you don’t say (yes, I can do that!) Often I’ll have insights or intuitive notions about things you are feeling but not saying, or things that you should do but are afraid to try. I’ll encourage, and sometimes cajole you to greater accomplishments and grander visions.
- You may ask me a few questions along the way. I’ll answer them either through my experience, my vast knowledge of esoteric wisdom, my intuition or just tell you I don’t know.
- You’ll continue to create and experience who you really are. It’ll be rewarding, intimate and fun.
