One of the problems with Classical project planning is the assumption that we will know all the steps we need to take. On many of my projects I don't. I have a vision of what the end should look like but the actual steps, or project blocks, to achieve that end can change as the project progresses. None the less, a project outline puts me miles ahead than just "winging" it. handy list.
