methodology to manage.

Most coaching adds things — frameworks, habits, accountability systems. You probably don't need more things to manage. What I do is closer to subtraction. We look at where your thinking is creating pressure that doesn't need to exist, and when you see it clearly, it loses its grip.

This is grounded in the Three Principles — an understanding of how human experience is actually created. Not a technique. Not a model you apply. An insight that, once it lands, changes how you operate at a fundamental level.

I don't offer programs. I offer a paradigm shift — and for the right person, that changes everything downstream.

I've been doing this work for nearly 30 years, based in Carlsbad, serving executives and founders across San Diego County — from North County to downtown, Biotech Mesa to the coast. The industries change. The underlying dynamic rarely does.
