What is coaching?
Coaching is an investment in your future.
By participating in coaching you will discover how to quickly and easily navigate important issues. You will gain insights into some beliefs and habits you might need to change, some skills you might need to master, and a state of mind that may be new and potentially very exciting to you.
Clients are often surprised by the ease of our coaching conversations and the powerful insights that naturally follow.
My approach is to help clients get some distance from their situational concerns and challenges and gain some “Big Picture” perspective of what’s really going on.
As a results clients are able to see for themselves areas within their business or personal lives that might need to change, which skills they might need to master, and the state of mind necessary for a high quality of life and peak performance.
Coaching works when two factors are present in a client’s life. One the client is willing to learn grow and take action. And two there is a gap between where client is now and where he wants to be. The coaching relationship provides tools support structure accountability and an objective sounding board all which enable clients to grow quickly.
Clients often use coaching sessions to put issues into perspective, make important decisions, brainstorm fresh ideas, and create action plans that inspire them.
Simply, coaching is a conversation with another individual, which promotes reflection, self-discovery and an openness to take more effective actions.
Working with a coach is a healthy way to learn, grow, and change.
