Greg Clowminzer here, your business coach.
In this video I will talk about the distinction between pure business coaching and personal coaching for the business owner. These are two very distinct types of coaching. I recently had a professional call me up, and they shared with me that they had been working with a business coach for many years.
So, what prompted this video is that I wanted to share with you some of the limitations of pure business coaching for the business owner or professionals. These limitations of business coaching alone are what ultimately brought this person to me for a more integral, holistic approach to business coaching. What this person was looking for is what I call personal coaching for the business owner or professional.
First of all I think it is really important to know that some of the bigger business coaching companies are geared to bring in lots of people to the coaching programs which means running everyone through a cookie-cutter business coaching model. And there is certainly value in all of that. However, most of the coaches with these large coaching companies have some many clients the really don’t know what you need and are simply spouting off the coaching concept of the week. It becomes more training then coaching.
Watch now and learn the difference between business coaching and personal coaching for the business owner.
